Ray Komar
As Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Komar is responsible for creating and managing partner relationships within the Global Strategic Alliances business unit at McAfee. In his over 13 years in the information security industry, he has held a diverse set of leadership positions with some of the top organizations in their respective fields including Deloitte, Internet Security Systems (ISS), Neohapsis and most recently McAfee, via an acquisition of VC-backed Preventsys in June 2006. Mr. Komar received a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia in the field of corporate finance and economics. He obtained an MBA from the University of California at Irvine's Graduate School of Management in the field of information technology. He has spoken at many industry groups meetings, been interviewed by numerous publications and has appeared on The Discovery Channel, speaking on the topic of information security.
Peter Kuper
Mr. Kuper has been covering the software industry for over a decade. He was the lead software analyst at Morgan Stanley where he wrote a number of industry-defining reports and market-moving stock calls. Previously, he was a director and equity analyst at SG Cowen, where he covered the software sector with a particular focus on security. He has also been an equity analyst and vice president at FAC/Equities and a research analyst at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods.
Jason Livingood
Mr. Livingood serves as Executive Director of Internet Systems Engineering at Comcast Cable, where he leads a team focused on managing and further developing the company's high-speed Internet service. This includes the rollout of DOCSIS 3.0, email and voicemail, DNS, congestion management, and many other critical systems and services. Jason joined Comcast in 1996 to help the company launch high-speed Internet services, and has also been instrumental in the creation and launch of Comcast's business class Internet services, as well as the Comcast Digital Voice service. Jason also serves as co-chair of an Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) working group, is the author of several RFCs, and has several patents pending in his field. He holds a M.B.A., concentrating in Technology Management, as well as a B.S., Magna Cum Laude, from Drexel University.
M. Thomas McNeight
Mr. McNeight has had a thirty year career in enterprise software systems. He was formerly the President and CEO of GuardedNet, Inc., a security information management (SIM) software company acquired by Micromuse. Prior to joining GuardedNet, he was a top executive of Internet Security Systems, Inc. (ISS) where he was responsible for building the field operations. Prior to ISS, McNeight was the Vice President of Sales for TSW International, a provider of plant maintenance and management software, and prior to that, President and CEO of Aurum Software, a leading sales force automation company subsequently sold to Baan International. Previous to Aurum Software, he had a fifteen year career with Dun & Bradstreet Software (formerly Management Science America). McNeight joined D&B Software after successful assignments at CNA Financial Services and the John H. Harland Company. McNeight received his BA in Chemistry from Oklahoma State University and his MS in Management Science from Texas Christian University.
Christopher J. Rouland
Mr. Rouland, CEO and Co-Founder of Endgame Systems, has over 20 years of experience in the field of information security. Mr. Rouland previously held the position of CTO and Distinguished Engineer of IBM Internet Security Systems after IBM purchased Internet Security Systems, Inc. in 2006. Prior to the IBM acquisition of ISS, Chris held the position of CTO of ISS where he was responsible for the overall technical direction of the ISS product and services portfolio. Prior to his executive roles at IBM and ISS, Chris was the original Director of the famed X-Force vulnerability research team which was responsible for the discovery of hundreds of security vulnerabilities.
